4. Service Requests and Fulfillment

Service requests are fulfilled by independent third-party vendors. VendorCall facilitates the connection and coordination but does not directly provide the services. We are not responsible for the quality or timeliness of vendor work, though we maintain vendor quality standards.

5. Payment Terms

Pricing and payment terms will be agreed upon before service execution. Prices are subject to change with notice. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

VendorCall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
